CocoStripper is the easy, eco way to strip herbs and greens from their stems! Handmade from beautiful, durable coconut shell, this beautiful and functional item is also shipped and packaged in 100% biodegradable packaging, so they make a great gift for eco-conscious loved ones, or for yourself!

All you need to do is thread the stem through the smallest hole it can fit through, pull the stem through, and the leaves will strip!

We've also included a sharp edge on CocoStripper which you can use to trim stems to make them easier to work with.

CocoStripper works on a variety of herbs and greens, from dill and thyme to kale and chard.

I hand select the coconuts from a market that is less than a mile from my workshop. 

As a designer, I was inspired to create a herb stripper which doesn't use plastic, but finds a new use for a natural material which has amazing strength properties. I think that natural materials can bring a warm and special character to an item, so you can get more joy out of cooking. I was also careful to design the packaging to be beautiful and natural too, so you can gift this to the eco-conscious cook in your life.
